It was just about a year ago that Lil Baby, the latest breakout rapper to emerge from Atlanta, Georgia, started rapidly growing his loyal fanbase. You might not have even known the star last summer, but nowadays it’s hard to turn on the radio without hearing his viral hits like “Life Goes On” or “Yes Indeed,” his collaboration with hip-hop icon Drake. Speaking of collaborations, he’s already teamed up with industry powerhouses like Young Thug, Offset, and Lil Yachty, and continues to be one of the most sought after rappers in 2018.

2018 saw Lil Baby skyrocketing to fame and releasing his first studio album, Harder Than Ever, which debuted at #3 on the Billboard top 200. He’s taken over the summer with his undeniably catchy bops, and he’s wrapping up this summer with an impressive 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Love him or hate him, there’s a good chance you’ll find yourself rapping along to his chart-topping tracks, and you should get used to it since it seems as though the young rapper is here to stay.

Lil Baby recently brought his talents to Los Angeles, where he was welcomed by a devoted crowd who knew almost every word to his popular songs. At times, it was hard to even hear Lil Baby, as the audience drowned him out while singing along to his classics like “My Dawg.” He even brought out fellow rapper and seemingly overnight sensation Trippie Redd, and the two fed off of each other’s energy as they ran around hyping up the crowd.

Lil Baby proved to be more than just a successful rapper, as he’s also quite the performer and crowd pleaser. If you haven’t had the chance to catch a Lil Baby show yet, grab your tickets to an upcoming show here and listen to Harder Than Ever below:
